Mae Francis, known best for inspiring and transferring positivity to whomever she comes in contact with!!

Mae is currently the President and Owner of Lookin’ Up Consulting LLC, a training and development company that builds and facilitates interactive programs, speeches, and coaching that enhance culture. Lookin’ Up Consulting LLC is certified by the US Government, HUD and triple Certified by the City of Houston as Woman, Small and Minority-Owned Enterprise.

With more than 25 years in the field of Teaching and Training, Mae believes that her purpose on Earth is to enhance the lives of others. Mae spent 19 years in the chemical industry: five years selling plasticizers for Sterling Chemicals and 14 years as a leader in Training and Development at Ashland Chemicals.

Mae has been certified as a trainer and coach by the Association of Training and Development (ATD), formerly American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).

Mae is also an Author and licensed Minister. Additionally, Mae is a United States Army veteran who also studied Bible and Theology as well and General Studies at St. Leo and College of the Mainland colleges. Mae is currently a student in The University of Houston – Clear Lake’s, Public Leadership Bachelor’s program.

Mae currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at College of the Mainland, Designer and Facilitator of Leadership Programs for Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce, active member of the Galveston Regional Chamber, Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), Advisory Board Member to the College of the Mainland’s PTEC Operator’s program, Certified Texas Voter Registrar Lead for Galveston County, NAACP Member, and Ministry of Helps Director at Word of Restoration International Church, in Rosharon, Texas. Mae is the mother of one, Whitnie, and married to Merlin.
