Transitioning to education, she became a Licensed Secondary Teacher, inspiring youth to become productive citizens through applied learning. Through her podcast, The Educator’s Lounge, and coaching services, she continues to share her expertise, empowerment strategies and uplift educators along their teaching journey.

With a Master’s Degree in human resources and a Doctorate in Education focusing on Organizational Leadership, Cynthia is committed to making a positive impact and shaping the future of educators.
